Will2Build is a family run business specialising in high-end residential and quality commercial construction on the Sunshine Coast.
With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, we have established ourselves as leaders in quality workmanship, attention to detail and customer service. We enjoy working with a diverse range of clients and taking on new challenges.
We make it a priority to work closely with all involved in our projects, from architects and designers and subcontractors and suppliers to minimise problems and achieve the high-end finish we are known for.
Our leader Steve Carson has built a team of honest, hardworking people with positive attitudes and a commitment to quality.

Steve Carson
Our Co-Founder and Builder, Steve grew up on a Dairy Farm in Victoria. Moving to the Sunshine Coast in 2006 he was lucky to work for a few of Noosa’s best builders before putting together Will2Build. He believes the construction industry is all about contacts and relationships. Steve is the most honest guy you will meet, and he loves building. He’s happy with family, camping, hunting, fishing, travelling and when meeting new people. ‘There are so many good people involved in building a high-end custom project, we rely on many and take pride in helping each other out.’ – Steve
Bec Carson
As our Chief Financial Officer, Bec is our resident financial gatekeeper at Will2Build. Coming from a background in finance and property development she holds the skills to efficiently manage our office and our Team. Bec is the real boss, wearing many hats in the business, she enjoys client meetings and site visits. Outside the office, she loves family, the beach, coffee and pilates. Less camping more resort style. ‘As a family run business, we can easily adapt to suit our projects. Josh Calder
A multi-talented carpenter with a head-down-and-go attitude, Josh brings high quality construction and site management to every project. With over 20 years of experience in both commercial and residential builds under his tool belt, Josh's extensive industry knowledge is a monumental asset to the team. On site he’s an approachable supervisor often found dishing out a bit of banter that the Kiwis are famous for. On the weekend Josh loves to surf and spend time with his girls. The feedback we receive on Josh? He’s a great guy, an absolute legend.

Custom residential new builds are our biggest passion, we love all the details, and we pride ourselves on executing them well. Often it's the small details that have a big impact to the overall feel of the home and we love being a part of that planning stage all the way to completion.
RENOVATIONS
We are experienced in high-end renovations for homes, penthouses & apartments. We liaise with neighbours, property managers and body corporates to ensure you experience a smooth build process with clear communication to keep all impacted parties well informed.
COMMERCIAL
Experienced in quality commercial renovations and additions for supermarkets, retail spaces, shopping centres and office fit-outs. We communicate clearly with all parties involved, ensuring a safe working environment with minimal disruption to neighbours and staff.
